Ticket details portlet

Description

The Ticket details portlet provides a detailed view of a ticket.

Prerequisites

  • The system needs at least one ticket.

Portlet properties

System portlet: The portlet can be added at the SYSTEM LEVEL.

Portfolio portlet: The portlet can be added at the PORTFOLIO LEVEL.

Dynamic: The portlet is updated when you select a different ticket in the Tickets portlet.

Details menu

  • Status: Display status of the current ticket.

  • Alarms: Display any alarms related to the ticket.

  • CMMS ONLY Work orders: Manage work orders with CMMS. See Manage work orders.

  • Yield loss: Calculate losses for this outage in kWh and revenue. See Yield loss calculation.

  • Files: View and upload photos or PDFs.

  • CMMS ONLY Site access: Manage people currently at your site with CMMS. See Site access with CMMS.

  • History: View recent actions and relevant people.

Status

See the status of the ticket:

  • Open

  • In progress

  • Closed

  • Assigned

Fault details

Enter details about the fault.

Further details

Cause: Select a ticket cause.

Report: Decide whether the details should appear in your OpenOffice reports:

  • No: Ticket does not appear in the reports.

  • Detailed: All ticket information appears in the reports.

  • Summary: Only what you enter in the summary appears in the reports.
