Regular events portlet

Overview of regular past and upcoming events for a system.

• The VCOM module CMMS is activated for the desired system. See Activate CMMS in VCOM.

• In order to view any content, at least one regular event must exist.

Portfolio portlet: The portlet can be added at the PORTFOLIO LEVEL.

System portlet: The portlet can be added at the SYSTEM LEVEL.

Dynamic portlet: The portlet is updated when you select a different system name from the systems list.

At SYSTEM LEVEL, go to System configuration > CMMS > Regular events to create rules that automatically generate regular events.

Display next occurrences.

Time period

Filter the list by period:

• Pre-defined time periods, such als 1 Week or 1 Year, always extend into the future from today on.

• A User-defined period can extend back into the past.
