Description

Overview of regular past and upcoming events for a system.

Prerequisites

  • The VCOM module cmms is activated for the desired system. See Activate CMMS in VCOM.

  • In order to view any content, at least one regular event must exist.

Portlet properties

 Portfolio portlet: The portlet can be added at the Portfolio Level .System portlet: The portlet can be added at the SYSTEM LEVEL . Dynamic portlet: The portlet is updated when you select a different system name from the systems list.

At icon-circle-right4.png system level , go to icon-wrench1.png System configuration > icon-cmms.png CMMS > Regular events to create rules that automatically generate regular events.

Next occurrence

Display next occurrences.

Time period

Filter the list by period:

  • Pre-defined time periods, such als 1 Week or 1 Year, always extend into the future from today on.

  • A User-defined period can extend back into the past.
