Item in the Portlet center
Description	The portlet displays all work orders once in a weekly calendar view and once grouped by assignees to illustrate the distribution of the work load.
Prerequisites	The module VCOM CMMS is activated for the respective system. See Activate CMMS. User group operations or higher
Portlet properties	Dynamic portlet: The portlet is updated when you select a different system name from the systems list.Portfolio portlet: The portlet can be added at the Portfolio Level .System portlet: The portlet can be added at the SYSTEM LEVEL .

In Week view

All work orders due in a specific week are displayed.

In Assignee view

All work orders due on a specific day are displayed, grouped by assignees.

	Name	Description
1	Period	Move Back to the previous or forward to the Next week (Week view) or next day (Assignee view). Jump directly to the week that includes Today's date (Week view) or to today’s date (Assignee view).
2	Views	Switch between Week view and Assignee view.
3	Filter	Filter the displayed work orders by the main Assignee. You can filter by multiple assignees.
