Site access portlet

As an O&M manager, use this portlet to manage and monitor site access to your plants.

Basic info

Item in the Portlet center
Description	The Site access portlet provides an overview of all site accesses to your plant.
Prerequisites	Your organization purchased a license for the VCOM module CMMS. The CMMS module is activated in VCOM. See Activate CMMS in VCOM.
Portlet type	Dynamic portlet: The portlet is updated when you select a different system.
Further details	Recommendation We recommend displaying the work orders in a separate CMMS tab. To learn more, see Display your CMMS portlets.

	Name	Description
1	Check-in	Create a new site access entry by checking people in. See also Check-in with VCOM.
2	List of site access entries	View the different pages of your site access list according to your search and filter settings.
3	Check-out	Manually check out people from the site.
4	Context menu	Right-click on a site access entry to carry out the following actions: Edit the site access entry. Delete the site access entry permanently.
5	Status	Checked in: There people are on-site right now. Checked out: There people were on-site but have already left. Time exceeded: People who checked in to the site did not check out after the estimated time. Get in touch with the site access contact person to clarify the status.
