Site access portlet

Description

The Site access portlet provides an overview of all site accesses to your site.

Prerequisites

Portlet properties

Portfolio portlet: The portlet can be added at the PORTFOLIO LEVEL.

System portlet: The portlet can be added at the SYSTEM LEVEL.

Dynamic portlet: The portlet is updated when you select a different system name from the systems list.

As an O&M manager, use this portlet to manage and monitor site access to your sites.

Recommendation

We recommend displaying the site access portlet in a separate CMMS tab. To learn more about that recommendation see Display your CMMS portlets.

Create a new site access entry by checking people in. See also Check-in with VCOM.

List of site access entries

View the different pages of your site access list according to your search and filter settings.

Manually check out people from the site.

Right-click on a site access entry to carry out the following actions:

  • icon-pencil1.png Edit the site access entry.

  • icon-bin1.png Delete the site access entry permanently.

Status

icon-radio-unchecked1.png Checked in: There people are on-site right now.

icon-checkmark1.png Checked out: There were people on-site but have already left.

icon-clock1.png Time exceeded: People who checked in to the site did not check out after the estimated time. Get in touch with the site access contact person to clarify the status.
