About the VCOM import compatibility list

meteocontrol is directly compatible with many manufacturers, allowing you to import your measured values directly into VCOM Cloud and monitor your systems remotely via VCOM Monitoring. This import compatibility list provides an overview of the data sources and functions we support.

In general, VCOM supports the following for all data sources:

  • Data logger monitoring: Data is displayed in charts and portlets, and reflected in alarms. See Data outage alarms and Communication loss alarms.

  • For each system, it is possible to have multiple data loggers and data logger types. Exception: very old data sources.

  • Historic data import into VCOM from other data sources, provided the files are available. This is subject to a one-time fee. Contact Support for more information.

  • The Data logger overview portlet allows you to:

    • View the status of data transfer to VCOM.

    • Download raw data.
