What is system master data?
Every system has its own special features everyone needs to be aware of when carrying out a work order on site: Is a key or a key card needed to access the site? Where exactly is the entrance? Does the technician need to contact a special person beforehand or afterwards? Is there uneven ground or maybe even animals?
System master data is general information about a system that must be considered during on-site work. This data is stored in the VCOM system configuration and automatically displayed in the VCOM O&M app for every work order related to that specific system. This ensures that technicians always have access to important site details.
