Manage the systems in your portfolio.

Find the portfolio overview at portfolio level , under Administration > Portfolio > Overview or simply select Overview in your systems list.

Portfolio overview for users of the user group administrator

	Name	Description
1	New system	Set up a new system. See System setup and management.
2	CSV export	Download the current table view as CSV file.
3	Filter	Filter the systems in the table. See Filters for the systems list.
4	Settings	Select the columns that should be displayed in the table.
5	Actions	Icons for deleting or removing a system, see also Delete or remove a system: Remove shared asset from portfolio: Displayed for systems of another partner that were directly assigned to your portfolio. Select to remove this system only from your own portfolio. You can not delete or remove the respective system because of team or partnership restrictions. Admin and operations only Delete system: Displayed for systems of your own organization (= not shared with you). Select to permanently delete the system for everyone.
