Add a battery as subsystem

Add a battery subsystem to your main system to specify the battery inverters and the installed capacity of your battery. This way VCOM is able to differentiate between your system’s PV and battery inverters.

Prerequisites

  • The VCOM module Battery monitoring is activated for the desired system. See Activate the module Battery monitoring.

  • You belong to the user group administration, operations, technician, technical customer, or customer.

Steps

  • Follow the regular steps for adding a subsystem, but choose the type battery. See Subsystems.
