Administration access levels

Administration access is the level at which members of a user group can configure administrative settings. It mainly determines which features or pages are visible and usable at PORTFOLIO LEVEL under Administration and at SYSTEM LEVEL under System configuration. Only one level is possible per user group.

The respective pages are either visible or not visible to the different user groups.

Note

The tables display all available administration pages, regardless of any service level or purchased license-based modules. If your users do not see a page, although they should according to these tables, check your partnership contract first.
Sometimes the operation rights on a certain page differ between the allowed user groups, for example, users in the group Operations can edit a user group by adding new users, but only Administrators can edit the rights of user-defined groups.

PREMIUM PARTNER ONLY When creating your own user groups, the Administration access levels you can select for them correspond to the different standard user groups.

Administration pages at portfolio level

Find the administration pages at PORTFOLIO LEVEL under Administration. Members of the standard user groups Investor, Customer, and Technical customer can not see the portfolio administration at all.
