View all user-defined charts

Besides managing user-defined charts at system level, you can also manage them in a combined overview at portfolio level.

Overview of all user-defined charts of a system

Prerequisites

  • User group customer or higher

Steps

  • Find all user-defined charts of a system at System level , in the icon-stats-dots1.png Evaluation tab, under the section User-defined.

Further actions

  • icon-pencil1.png Edit, icon-text-color.png Rename, or icon-bin1.png Delete a chart by selecting the respective icon in the icon-menu1_upright.png Options menu. Find the options menu when hovering over the title of a saved chart.

Overview of all user-defined charts of all systems in your portfolio

Prerequisites

  • User group technician or higher

Steps

  • Find all user-defined charts at portfolio level under icon-cog1(1).png Portfolio settings > icon-grid3.png Portfolio > User-defined charts.

+ New chart

Create a new chart. See Create a user-defined chart from portfolio level.

Multi-select, and Bulk actions

icon-checkbox-checked1.png Select multiple charts individually or all charts at once in the header row. Then select an Action from the dropdown to perform a batch action for multiple systems.

Systems

List of all systems in your portfolio.

icon-arrow-down3.png Expand a list item to see all user-defined charts of a system.

User-defined charts

  • In icon-arrow-right3.png collapsed view: Displays the number of all user-defined charts in this system.

  • In icon-arrow-down3.png expanded view: Displays the name of each user-defined chart.

Chart type

Displays the type of a chart:

  • line_axis_40dp_000000_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz40.png Standard Chart

  • full_stacked_bar_chart_40dp_000000_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz40.png Heatmap

Search and filter

Search the chart list and filter by certain criteria.

Copy a chart within your portfolio. Can not be performed as batch action. See Copy a user-defined chart to another system.

Configure the parameters of an existing chart. Can not be performed as batch action. See Configure a user-defined standard chart or Configure a user-defined heatmap.

Deletes charts permanently for all users with access to the respective system.
