Assign a user to a user group

Caution
All of your users must be assigned to a user group. Otherwise they can not use VCOM.
You can assign a user only to one user group.
Prerequisites
You belong to one of the following user groups: administrator, operations. See also User groups.
The user you want to assign already exists in VCOM. See also Add a new user.
Steps
At PORTFOLIO LEVEL, go to
Administration >
Users > User groups. You arrive at the user groups overview.
For the user group you want the user assigned to, select
Edit.
Under Users in this user group, find the user you want to assign, and tick their checkbox.
Select Save.
The user is now part of the user group and is granted all respective rights.
