Example of DC current (normalized) chart for inverter inputs, displaying each input of the 6 MPPTs of one inverter

Basic info

Description

The DC current (normalized) chart for inverter inputs allows you to monitor the normalized DC current of each string of each inverter’s MPPT individually.

Prerequisites

  • For systems with string inverter inputs, the chart will automatically appear in the section Inverter inputs.

  • The chart is not available for systems with string combiner boxes.

  • You set up a subsystem that includes the inverters you want to be displayed in the chart. See Set up a subsystem.

  • All inverter inputs strings you want to be displayed are activated. Activate or deactivate strings at SYSTEM LEVEL under icon-wrench1.png System configuration > icon-database-insert.png Data sources.

Further details

  • Rename your inverter inputs at at SYSTEM LEVEL under icon-wrench1.png System configuration > icon-database-insert.png Data sources. Default naming convention is: I_DCx_y (z)

    • x = MPPT

    • y = input

    • z = inverter

  • By default, only one inverter is selected to be displayed. You can change the selection manually.

  • Battery inverters are not included in this chart.
