The following tables describe the alarms (error codes) generated by blue’Log. When an alarm is triggered, the information is sent via email or sent to VCOM. See Alarm/state configuration.
Note
For a full list of alarms that can be read via the SCADA interface, see the SCADA interface data sheet and register: Downloads - meteocontrol GmbH.

Description |
Closes when? |
Recommendation |
|---|---|---|---|
|
MQTT_CONNECTION_FAILED |
At least one slave has failed to connect to master XC: Not all slaves are connected XM: The connection to the master failed to be established |
Immediately, if Resolved alarms/states toggle is activated. See Alarms/state. |
Check the network connection between master and slave for interruptions, faults. |
|
MQTT_CONNECTION_LOST |
At least one slave has lost the connection to master
|
Immediately, if Resolved alarms/states toggle is activated. See Alarms/state. |
Check the network connection between master and slave for interruptions, faults. |
|
CABLE_BREAKAGE |
Setpoint value cannot be determined as cable breakage was detected |
Resolved or PC restarts |
Check configuration and interface for setpoint command via analog signal (0/4 ... 20 mA). |
|
FEED_IN_METER_FAILURE |
Actual value for measured value feedback is missing |
Resolved or PC restarts |
Check meter configuration and interface for recording of utility measurements. |
|
GRID_DISCONNECT |
Automatic grid disconnection tripped |
Resolved or PC restarts |
Check the power control settings if automatic grid disconnection occurs too frequently. |
|
LFSMO_ACTIVATED |
Limited frequency sensitive mode - overfrequency (LFSM-O) activated because the actual system frequency is above the configured frequency threshold |
Immediately after P control goes back into normal operation. For this, the Resolved alarms/states toggle must be activated. See Alarms/state. |
None |
|
LFSMU_ACTIVATED |
Limited frequency sensitive mode - overfrequency (LFSM-U) activated because the actual system frequency is under the configured frequency threshold. |
Immediately after P control goes back into normal operation. For this, the Resolved alarms/states toggle must be activated. See Alarms/state. |
None |
|
P_SET_POINT_MISSING |
Setpoint value for active power control is missing |
Resolved or PC restarts |
Check configuration and interface for active power setpoint commands. |
|
Q_SET_POINT_MISSING |
Setpoint value for reactive power control is missing |
Resolved or PC restarts |
Check configuration and interface for reactive power setpoint commands. |
|
SYSTEM_FALLBACK |
Fail-safe operation was activated, and a system fallback value is used as setpoint until a valid setpoint is received |
Immediately, if Resolved alarms/states toggle is activated. See Alarms/state. |
Check configuration and interface for setpoint command or change mode for behaviour in event of error. |
|
TRANSMITTER_FAULT |
Setpoint value cannot be determined as transmitter fault (overcurrent) was detected. |
Resolved or PC restarts |
Check configuration and interface for setpoint command via analog signal (0/4 ... 20 mA). |
