Diagnostics

The Diagnostics page allows you to perform a self-diagnostic of the following:

• Check the network connection: perform pings to a specific host

• Check the availability of the server (data center)

Check the network connection

Prerequisites

• Firmware 30.x or higher

Steps

1. Navigate to System > Diagnostic.

2. Enter the URL or IP address to be checked.

3. Select the desired ping interval and ping duration.

4. Select Start.

A message will appear indicating whether the check was successful.

Further options

• To view the ping function results for the requested host, select Show details.

• To download the log, select Download.

Check the availability of the server (data center)

For security reasons, you can check the availability of the server only every 60 seconds.

Prerequisites

• Firmware 30.x or higher

Steps

1. Navigate to System > Diagnostic.

2. The server will be preselected.

3. Select Perform check.

4. A message will appear indicating whether the check was successful. Select Download to download the log.
