Dashboard and widgets

Your dashboard consists of various widgets that display overviews and provide quick access to the main functions of the portal. You can adjust the widgets according to your preferences.

Types of widgets

  • Applications: Provides quick access to all your organization’s applications and a shortcut to the Applications page in the footer. See Applications list and access information.

  • Security info: Shows the date of your last password update and the status of your two-factor authentication, as well as the date you set it up. It also provides a shortcut to the Account security page in the footer.

  • ADMINS ONLY Recent sign-ins: Displays the latest sign-ins of all your organization’s users and provides a shortcut to the Users page in the footer. See also Administrate your organization.

Add and delete widgets

  • Add widgets to your dashboard by selecting icon_add-widgets.png Add widgets. A side panel will appear from which you can either drag and drop the desired widget on your dashboard or select +Add on the desired widget.

  • Resize widgets by selecting the icon_options.png Options icon in the specific widget. Then select either icon_half-size.png Half size or icon_full-size.png Full size.

  • Delete widgets from your dashboard by selecting the icon_options.png Options icon in the specific widget. Then select icon_delete.png Delete widget.
