Learn the basic steps to get started in mc Cloud. Which steps you take afterwards depends on your user role as these have different permissions and can therefore carry out different tasks in the portal. Learn more about User roles and permissions.

Basic steps for everyone

• What is mc Cloud? Get the basic information about the portal and its scope, and purpose. See About this product.

• Set up your own mc Cloud account. See Portal setup.

• Get to know the basic structure of the portal to navigate with ease. See Portal structure.

First steps for members

When you have the user role member, these are the first steps you can take:

• Access all the applications you are granted access to. See Access your applications.

• Keep control over your account for more security. See Monitor your signed-in devices.

First steps for user managers

When you have the user role user manager, these are the first steps you can take:

• Add new users to your organization and manage their access options to meteocontrol applications. See Add a new user.
