Access your applications from within mc Cloud

The single sign-on (SSO) makes the application access a lot more comfortable, as you only have to sign in to your mc Cloud account once and you are automatically signed in to all of your other meteocontrol applications.

Note

If you had access to a meteocontrol application (for example VCOM) before you had a mc Cloud account, your previous sign-in credentials will continue to be valid and you can still use them to access the application from outside mc Cloud.

Prerequisites

• You have activated your account.

• The user manager of your organization granted you access to the application you want to open.

Steps

1. Navigate to the list of your organization’s applications. See Applications list and access information.

2. Open the desired app as follows, depending on your starting point:

   1. In the Applications widget: Select the name of the application.

   2. On the Applications page: Select Launch application.

The home screen of the application will open in a new tab and you will be signed in automatically.
