Assign an application's user role

Only admins or managers can display and use these user management functionalities. See Permissions.
But you can not apply these user management functionalities to users with the user role admin. Contact our support if you want to apply user management functionalities to admin users.
Assign user roles for applications that the portal users are granted access to.
Prerequisites
User role admin or user manager.
You have access to and user management rights in the application you are assigning roles for.
You have knowledge about the user roles and permissions of the application you want to assign a role for.
Steps
Navigate to the Users page. To get there, you have two options:
Select your avatar in the tool bar, then select Users.
Or select All users in the footer of the Recent sign-ins widget on your dashboard.
View the
Profile information for the user you want to assign a role. See also View full user profile.
Select
Assign [application name] role.
A new tab with the application’s user management page will open.
Assign the desired role to the user and save your changes.
Close the tab.
The user has the new role in the application now.
