On the Personal information page of the portal, you can change the following:

Your Username: You need it to sign in to the portal if you do not use a third-party identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra. It is also displayed to admins and user managers on the Users page and to admins in the Notifications.

Your Email address: It is used to activate and verify your account, as well as to update your password and to receive confirmation emails, reminders, warnings, and error messages concerning your account.

Your First and Last name: It is needed for identification purposes. It is also displayed to admins and user managers on the Users page.

Language: Change the language of the portal

Theme: View the portal in either light or dark mode or take the theme from your system settings.
Steps

To reach the Personal information page, select your avatar in the top bar, then select Account > Personal information.

Change the desired data. You must re-authenticate yourself when updating your email address.

Select
Save changes.
The changes are updated now.
