Delete a user

Note

  • Only admins or managers can display and use these user management functionalities. See Permissions.

  • But you can not apply these user management functionalities to users with the user role admin. Contact our support if you want to apply user management functionalities to admin users.

You can only delete one user at a time from mc Cloud.

Prerequisites

  • You have the user role admin or user manager.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the image-20260710-143829.png Users page.

  2. Select image-20240910-094522.png Actions > badge_24dp_000000_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24.png View profile for the relevant user.

  3. Select image-20260710-143159.png Delete user.

  4. A window will appear asking you to confirm. Select image-20260710-143159.png Delete.

The user is permanently deleted from mc Cloud and all respective apps.
