View and download all user activities and events

As an admin, you are notified in real-time about all relevant user activities and user management events, for example when a user activates their account, or when one or multiple users are added, edited, or deactivated by a user manager. There is a short view for quick reviews and a full view that also serves as a permanent activity log that you can download.

Short view in the top bar

The short view contains shortened notifications. The list can be cleared manually, or all notifications older than 30 days will be cleared automatically. A blue dot indicates a new notification.

Prerequisites

• You have the user role admin.

Steps

• Select Notifications in the top bar.

Now, a dropdown with the latest notifications opens.

Full view and download option in the admin settings

The full view contains the complete history of all notifications of your organization. In the case of bulk editing, all users are listed individually. The full view can not be cleared and therefore serves as a centralized and permanent activity log.

Prerequisites

• You have the user role admin.

Steps

• Select Notifications in the top bar, then select All notifications.

• OR select your avatar in the top bar, then select Admin settings > Activity tab.

Now, you arrive at the notifications page.

Further actions

• Select Download to download the entire activity log as CSV file. If a filter is currently active, only the filtered activities will be downloaded.
