User groups and roles
You can have or be assigned to one of the following User groups:
Owner
There can only be one owner per organization.
You can read and write in the administration settings and all asset domains.
Admin
You can read and write in the administration settings and all asset domains.
Member → can be assigned one of the following Roles:
Member all domains: You can read and write in all asset domains.
Member finance: You can read and write in all asset domains related to finances.
Member operations: You can read and write in all asset domains related to operations.
Viewer → can be assigned one of the following Roles:
Viewer all domains: You can read in all asset domains.
Viewer finance: You can read in all asset domains related to finances.
Viewer operations: You can read in all asset domains related to operations.
Permissions
You are allowed to perform different tasks and access different domains according to your user group and role. Learn more about the different domains here: Administration settings domains and Asset domains.
