If your automation does not execute as expected, check the following possible causes, depending on the automation type:

Curtailment and alarm automations |
If the affected system is shared with one or more partners and multiple automations are configured, the automation of the partner who owns the system takes precedence. Automations created by other partners are not executed. |
Check with the person who shared the system with you. See Shared assets.

The automation does not trigger if:

Your system has multiple PPC devices, but neither is set as the master device. |
Check your PPC devices and configure a master device if necessary. See PPC device. |

Curtailment automations with Peak billing or Simplified Peak billing |
A missing reference period prevents yield loss calculation. |
Calculate the yield loss manually, see Yield loss calculation. If this fails, the automation will also fail, typically due to a missing reference period. If this occurs frequently, consider using a different calculation model. |
