A digital output can be used as an acknowledgment signal for power control to the grid operator. This can be done in several ways, depending on the individual plant and grid operator requirements. Several possibilities are described below.
Prerequisites
-
There are unassigned digital outputs on your bluelog. If an interface is grayed out in the digital output configuration, it cannot be used.
Active power: grid operator commands
See Power control using digital input.
Reactive power: Qvar DI
Steps
-
Under Power control > Reactive power > Control mode > Setpoint command method, select Variable fixed value Qvar DI from the dropdown.
-
A window appears. In the Define interface tab, activate the Acknowledgement toggle and configure the Logic level and Output (acknowledgement) behavior.
Reactive power: method switch
See Method switch for reactive power control.
