These are the basic steps for getting started with mc Assetpilot:
Set up your account: see Portal setup
Administrational tasks:
Set up and structure your organization and assets. See Organizations and assets.
Create financial models as basis for your forecasts. See Financial models.
Invite users to different asset levels of your organization and assign tasks to them. See Users and Tasks.
Create content:
Create forecasts with specific values on the basis of your financial models. See Forecasts.
Import bank transactions to monitor your financial performance and compare your cashflow with your forecast. See Cashflow.
Manage (external) people and companies involved in managing your asset. See Contacts.
Upload and manage documents and contracts related to your assets. See Documents.
Display properties of your assets:
Display the properties of your assets with various widgets. See Dashboard and widgets.

Sample workflows
There are two main types of daily workflows for mc Assetpilot:
Fixed asset: You focus on a single asset and carry out all the relevant actions. This is how you get a detailed view on a specific asset.
Example
You carry out the management of the forecasts, contacts, documents, tasks, cashflows, etc. for Asset A.
Fixed action: You focus on a single action and perform it for all of the assets in your organization. This is how you get a view of the big picture.
Example
You carry out the forecasts for Asset A, Asset B, Asset C, Asset D, etc. of your organization.
