You can activate a secure login to bluelog via an SSL certificate.
Note
VCOM USERS The remote connection of VCOM to bluelog Neo is already SSL-encrypted. The IT infrastructure license is not needed in this case.
Manually configure an SSL certificate
Prerequisites

IT infrastructure (LDAP, SCEP, SSL) license

SSL certificate in PKCS#12 format (*.pfx, *.p12)
Steps

Navigate to Settings > SSL certificate.

Activate the Use SSL toggle.

Choose Select file and upload a file.

Select Upload certificate.
Your browser should mark the website as secure.
Configure an SSL certificate via SCEP
In this scenario, the SSL certificate is retrieved from an SCEP server.
Steps

Navigate to Settings > SSL certificate.

Activate the SSL toggle.

Activate the Use SCEP toggle.

Fill in the required fields:

Server URL: Address of the SCEP server (http:// or https://)

Challenge password: Password required by the SCEP server

SSL certificate settings: Metadata required in the certificate (for example, country code, state or province, locality, organization, organizational unit).

Select Save.
