Diagnostics

The Diagnostics page allows you to perform a self-diagnostic of the following:

• Check the network connection: perform pings to a specific host.

• Check the availability of the server (data center).

Check the network connection

Steps

1. Navigate to Settings > Diagnostic.

2. Enter the URL or IP address to be checked.

3. Select the desired ping interval and ping duration.

4. Select Start.

A message will appear indicating whether the check was successful.

Further actions

• To view the ping function results for the requested host, select Show details.

• Select Download to download the log.

Check the availability of the server (data center)

For security reasons, you can check the availability of the server only every 60 seconds.

Steps

1. Navigate to Settings > Diagnostic.

2. The server will be preselected.

3. Select Perform check.

A message will appear indicating whether the check was successful.

Further actions

• Select Download to download the log.
