Exchange memory card

This article describes how to exchange a memory card (micro SD) if your memory card is lost or faulty.

Warning

The memory card must not be removed while the bluelog is in operation.

Prerequisites

  • For reasons of compatibility and operational reliability, only use a memory card provided by meteocontrol (Item no. 686418). The memory card has the following characteristics:

    • microSDHC

    • 16GB, BICS5, Speed Class 10

    • Extended data reliability memory technology (pSLC)

    • Extended temperature grade (-25 °C ... +85 °C)

Steps

  1. Power off your bluelog.

  2. Remove the old memory card if necessary.

  3. Insert the new memory card.

  4. Power on the bluelog.

  5. The bluelog automatically detects that it is a new card and formats it. Any existing data on the card will be deleted.

New measured data will now be saved on the new memory card, and bluelog operation continues as normal.
