Curtailment automation

Set up a curtailment automation

Automatically create a ticket and/or yield loss calculation when curtailments occur.

Prerequisites
  • Your system uses power control

  • Admin or operations role

Steps
  1. Select the icon-cog1(1).png Portfolio administration.

  2. A dialog opens. Navigate to Automation New automation.

  3. Select Curtailments > icon-arrow-right3.png Continue.

  4. Select the source of the curtailment, the setpoint, and how long the curtailment should last before the automation is triggered. You can also decide to trigger the automation at all times of day (default) or only from sunrise to sunset.

  5. Decide which action should follow when the alarm is triggered, then select icon-arrow-right3.png Continue:

    • Ticket with yield loss calculation: Automatically creates a ticket and calculates the yield loss.  

    • Ticket: Automatically creates a ticket.

  6. Enter a title.

  7. Tick the checkbox to add the respective setpoint to the ticket title automatically.

  8. Optionally add a description, priority, ticket cause, and include information from this ticket in your reports. Select icon-arrow-right3.png Continue.

  9. If you selected Ticket with yield loss calculation: select the calculation model. For details, see Yield loss calculation.

  10. Select icon-plus2.png Add systems and select systems from the list. 

  11. Add assignees from the dropdown and select icon-floppy-disk1.png Save. You can add only users from the user list.

  12. Give the automation a title and select icon-floppy-disk1.png Save.

  13. The automation is now active and visible in the list.
