Delete a user

Note

  • Only admins or managers can display and use these user management functionalities. See Permissions.

  • But you can not apply these user management functionalities to users with the user role admin. Contact our support if you want to apply user management functionalities to admin users.

You can only delete one user at a time from mc Cloud.

Prerequisites

  • You have the user role admin or user manager in mc Cloud.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Users page. To get there, you have two options:

    • Select your avatar in the top bar, then select Users.

    • Or select Go to Users page in the footer of the Recent sign-ins widget on your dashboard.

  1. Select image-20240910-094522.png Actions > badge_24dp_000000_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24.png View profile for the relevant user.

  2. Select image-20260710-143159.png Delete user.

  3. A window will appear asking you to confirm. Select image-20260710-143159.png Delete.

The user is permanently deleted from mc Cloud and all respective applications.
