Curtailment automation
Set up a curtailment automation
Automatically create a ticket and/or yield loss calculation when curtailments occur.
Prerequisites
Your system uses power control
Admin or operations role
Steps
Select the Portfolio administration (Gear icon) at the top of the sidebar.
A dialog opens. Navigate to Automation > New automation.
Select Curtailment > Continue.
Select the source of the curtailment (grid operator or energy trader), the setpoint, and how long the curtailment should last before the automation is triggered.
Select one of the following options, then select Continue:
Ticket with yield loss calculation: Automatically creates a ticket and calculates the yield loss.
Ticket: Automatically creates a ticketEnter a title. You can also optionally add a description, priority, ticket cause, and include information from this ticket in your reports. See also Ticket system. Select Continue.
If you selected Ticket with yield loss calculation: select the calculation model. See Yield loss calculation.
Select Add systems and select systems from the list.
Add assignees from the dropdown and select Save. You can add only users from the user list. See Users and contacts.
Give the automation a title and select Save.
The automation is now active and visible in the list.
