Tags

A tag is a keyword, term, or label you can assign to information to help you find relevant content during searches. Using topic-related tags allows you to optimize your search for various types of information. Currently, you can tag the following items::

• Contacts

• Forecasts

• Document management

Instead of the classic folder structure used in most tools to track documents, you can assign multiple tags to each document and search for all documents containing specific tags.
