Sign in with your username and password
Prerequisites

You have activated your account.
Steps
-
Fill in your mc Cloud Username and the Password you set up when creating your account. If you forgot your password, see Reset a forgotten password.

Select Sign-in.
Note
If two-factor authentication (2FA) is set up for your account, you must enter the one-time password (OTP) from your authenticator app now. See Manage two-factor authentication (2FA).
You are signed in to mc Cloud now and arrive at your dashboard.
Sign in with Microsoft Entra
Prerequisites

You have activated your account.

The MS Entra feature must be enabled. See Signing in with Microsoft.
Steps
A) Signing in for the first time, either in general or after the MS Entra feature was enabled for your:
Follow the steps that appear using your usual Microsoft credentials to link your mc Cloud account with Microsoft.
Note
If you use the same email address for multiple mc Cloud accounts, you can only link one of them with Microsoft.
B) On following sign-ins:

Enter your mc Cloud username.

Select Continue.

Select the linked Microsoft account.
You are signed in to mc Cloud now and arrive at your dashboard.
