Access your applications from within mc Cloud

The single sign-on (SSO) makes the application access a lot more comfortable, as you only have to sign in to your mc Cloud account once and you are automatically signed in to all of your other meteocontrol applications.

Prerequisites

• You have activated your account.

• An mc Cloud user manager of your organization granted you access to the application you want to open.

Steps

1. Navigate to the list of your organization’s applications. See Applications list and access information.

2. Open the desired app as follows, depending on your starting point:

   1. In the Applications widget: Select the name of the application.

   2. On the Applications page: Select Launch application.

   3. Via the Application launcher in the top bar: Select the name of the application.

Now, the home screen of the application opens in a new tab, and you are signed in automatically.
