WEB'log - Exchange SMA inverters
After an inverter replacement / software update of an SMA string inverter, inconsistent data may be displayed.
To fix the problem, do the following:
First update the WEB'log to the current version > Update the Software for WEB'log
If the WEB'log is connected to the VCOM portal, the update can also be carried out by technical support.
Delete the inverter configuration on the WEB'log web interface under Admin Measurement > Inverters.
Perform a restart of the WEB'log through Admin Support > Application Manager.
Then scan the inverters again.
Check the inverter measured values under Online values > Inverter details.
The values should now be displayed correctly.
