Manage your account information

On the Personal information page of the portal, you can change the following:

• Your Username: It is displayed to admins and user managers on the Users page and to admins in the Notifications.

• Your Email address: It is used to activate and verify your account, as well as to update your password and to receive confirmation emails, reminders, warnings, and error messages concerning your account.

• Your First and Last name: It is needed for identification purposes. It is also displayed to admins and user managers on the Users page.

Steps

1. To reach the Profile settings page, select your avatar in the top bar > Profile settings.

2. Change the desired data. You must re-authenticate yourself when updating your email address.

3. Select Save changes.

The changes are updated now.
