Logbook

The logbook can be used for troubleshooting purposes. It gives you an overview of changes and events from the past, and which users have been active. For example, you can view when exports are triggered, or when a device is not working. 

The logbook is only available in English.

Error type

Type of event:

  • Error: Event that affects system operation.
    Example: Failed software update

  • Warning: Event may only be temporary.
    Example: Lost connection to VCOM 

  • Information: The user made changes to the configuration, or the system itself triggered an event.
    Example: Scan for inverter SMA on RS485-1 started, system in operation

User

Displays whether the event was triggered by a user or by the system

Description

Name and details of the event.

If you have made changes to any configurations, an eye icon will be displayed next to an entry in the logbook. You can select the eye to view the old and new configurations.
