VCOM Enedis API

The Enedis API allows you to import meter data from the French grid operator Enedis in VCOM at no additional cost. This allows you to:

Integrate the data in VCOM to perform advanced data analysis and strategic decision-making
Include the data in VCOM reports

Import Enedis meter data to VCOM

Before you can receive Enedis meter data in VCOM, Enedis must obtain consent from you. For this, you must complete a consent document and submit it to meteocontrol.

Prerequisites

The system is based in France
A data logger is connected to the system
One of the following meter types : ICE, ICE4Q, PME-PMI or SAPHIR

Steps

Go to System configuration > Data sources > Enedis API
You will see a link to the Enedis API consent document. Download the document, fill it out, and sign it.
Download and upload consent document
Upload the completed document. An email will automatically be sent to Technical Support France at technique@meteocontrol.com. You will see the status Pending in VCOM.
Technical Support France will verify the document and activate the import of historical data. This may take several days.
When you receive notification of activation, the status will change to Accepted.
You can now view the data in various charts. The device category Meter (= compteur) will now be visible under Evaluations.

You can visualize the following data points under Evaluations > Meter:

Power / puissance
Energy (sourced) / énergie (acquise)
Energy (supplied) / énergie (fournie)
Voltage / tension
Reactive power (supplied) / énérgie réactive (fournie)
