Exchange memory card

If your memory card (SD card) is faulty, you can easily exchange it.

The memory card must not be removed while the blue’Log is in operation.

Prerequisites

  • Firmware 14.x or higher on your blue'Log XC/XM

  • Ensure that a configuration backup was downloaded from the blue'Log or is available in VCOM

  • Any memory card with SDHC standard and a maximum capacity of 32GB is suitable

Steps

  1. Power-off your blue'Log.

  2. Exchange the memory card.

  3. Restart the blue'Log.

  4. Perform a factory reset.

  5. Upload configuration backup file.
